Refund policy
Refunds (if applicable)
We currently do not offer refunds on items that were shipped and received. All items are inspected prior to shipping to insure accuracy, if by chance you receive an inaccurate color or size, we will work to rectify this but will not grant a refund. Though we pride ourselves on prompt delivery and apologize if this is not the case, delays in shipping due to factory holds are not terms for refund per our company policy. Back order items usually ship within 5-7 business days and regular items within 3-5 business days, these are just estimates and not grounds for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@theblackvet.com. Defective does not for the purpose of these terms mean customer is dissatisfied as they did not adhere to our recommended washing and drying instructions.
